SCULPT45
This workout is a power-packed blend of cardio and sculpting exercises that can be done right in your living room. All you need is a mat (or even just a towel or rug for floor work) and a small set of weights (2-5 lbs). Raise your heart rate, target and tone every muscle in the body, and enhance your mobility as well.
SCULPT
Low-impact, floor based full body workout that helps build lean muscle and increase muscular endurance. Specially designed strength building multi-move exercises using light weights at high repetitions.
