THE DETES /

FRESH TRAINING:
This program is open to anyone, regardless of pace, who wants to feel comfortable doing 5-9 miles. This means many 1,2,3 & 4 mile runs. The goal is to feel solid with shorter distances before we hit our longer runs. This program includes two in-person run sessions per week: Wednesday 5:30a and Saturday 5:30a 
at 39th and the lakefront trail (unless otherwise discussed). 

 

In addition to running, you'll also condition, get homework, and nutrition support throughout the week. And remember, we run as a team with highly motivated pacers guiding you along the way. Our pace leaders are highly trained and committed to helping you succeed. You'll meet other members (old & new), support one another and create bonds while you grow as a runner.

HYBRID TRAINING:

Come to one in person session each week and do the rest of your training virtually. This is the perfect mix of both training programs.

VIRTUAL TRAINING:

Live too far away and can't make it to group workouts? Schedule conflicts keep you from making any of the group training sessions? Not feeling the 5:30a group run start time? Here's your solution: our  virtual training. Interact with Sho, ask questions and even get feedback. You'll receive your weekly training schedule and coaching support, as well as homework and nutrition emails, coaching tips, race updates and more. Even if you're virtual, you are STILL part of our club. You'll meet other members & participate in our private on-line forum. We do challenges, hold each other accountable and fun stuff too. The virtual program is a unique way to train on your own.
