Can I do my homework on the treadmill?Yes. Unless I specifically say do it outside. Even then, I'd rather you get on the treadmill than do nothing at all.☺️
-
How do I turn in my homework?Post your stats in our PRIVATE Facebook Group. A pic isn't necessary but it's fun.
-
Can I do intervals?Sure—unless I state otherwise. When you post your homework, be sure to let me know if you chose to do intervals.

How do I choose what load to do this week? This honestly depends. Some of us can run twice a week, feel strong, and perform well. Others need more. I recommend everyone run at a minimum 2xs a week. Choose your load based on your schedule, how you feel, and your goals. If you've got millions to get done this week, maybe choose a light load. If you feel great and you're really focused on an upcoming race maybe choose a heavy load.
