Build strength and condition in this muscle building class using a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to sculpt and define.

STEP

You step up, around, and down from your step board in different patterns to boost your heart rate and strengthen your muscles. Burn fat, increase endurance and obliterates calories.

SHOYO

 A unique integration of an energetic yoga flow and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. ShoYO combines traditional yoga poses and principles with muscle toning and body sculpting with sprinkles of high intensity cardio that will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted. 

SCULPT

Low-impact, floor based full body workout that helps build lean muscle and increase muscular endurance. Specially designed strength building multi-move exercises using light weights at high repetitions.

SHOFLO

Soothe your stress with this healing, calming, and rejuvenating class. This class combines slow and supported strengthening poses with gentle movement, stretching, and breath work. ShoFlo is a pilates, yoga, & stretch fusion designed to help build core strength, increase mobility, and improve balance. Relax and reconnect to your body, breath, and energy.
